The Collaborative Mental Health Professional:

The neutral Mental Health Professional serves many roles within the Collaborative Divorce Process. First and foremost, they are the key to keeping communication between all parties, including the processionals, moving forward in a productive, peaceful way. When conflicts arise, they are a critical part of the team helping to prevent issues from derailing the process. They are also the primary team member to assist with parenting issues, both during and after the divorce process. Keeping the best interests of the children first is paramount to a successful conclusion.
